It is an asylum film with a budget similar to a large kid's meal. The Asylum uses it well, focusing on just a few characters (Monster Island (2019) movie review) and keeping the big stars together in one set, where they can record all sequences during lunch. But let's not forget that this film is a kaiju movie and, well, that's kind of how they work. So maybe The Asylum won’t do so terrible with it.
